“ We first met Nancy four years ago in 2019 when we made an enquiry to upgrade our old house in Entre Naranjos/Vistabella Golf to a detached new build villa. From the very outset my wife and I were very impressed with Nancy's professionalism and knowledge. There was no 'hard sell' but she answered all our questions honestly and accurately. We weren't quite sure about buying off plan as there was no show house, but Nancy allayed our apprehension by taking us to a previous client's villa to give us an idea of a completed furnished house. She did an excellent job liaising with the builder regarding any additional extras we required. Nancy helped us with the house completion and with the "snagging" when we couldn't be in Spain. We were so impressed that we changed our agent and used Nancy for the sale of our old house. Nancy made sure that all the documentation needed to sell our old house was up to date prior to sale and, again, regularly kept us up to date with the sale process. Nancy's fluency in several languages and commitment to her clients made what could be a very difficult and stressful time dealing with legalities in a different country a much smoother and stress-free process.
